Coaching

Personal Career Coaching

Participants work one-on-one with an experienced coach to clarify career goals and accelerate achievement. We follow a structured framework that includes the following:

  • Data oriented approach using assessments
  • Custom personal action plan
  • On-going 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Duration from 3-12 months based on needs

Small Group Coaching

Our small group coaching program follows the same framework as personal coaching. It is facilitated by a Nimble coach and participants work with a group of people who have similar career goals.

  • Data oriented approach using assessments
  • Custom personal development plan
  • One 1:1 coaching session plus amazing networking
  • 3 month program duration

Group coaching can have the same impact as personal coaching, but at a more accessible price point with an added networking bonus.
