We were fortunate to start our careers with great organizations where we got to do complex and interesting work all over the world. After a couple decades, we learned - sometimes the hard way - that three things make the difference if you want to work smarter:
PEOPLE, PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY
Over time we saw that, between advances in technology and the gig economy, there were whole new ways of working available to organizations willing to innovate. We craved the opportunity to truly work differently and build something flexible and modern from the ground up.
In September of 2016 we launched Nimble with a focus on helping legal organizations. When Elizabeth joined full-time in July of 2017, we launched our Human Resources practice. We haven’t looked back since. We’ve never had as much fun working as we’re having now and we think our clients and our team get some additional benefits because of that.
